Using Info Path Forms on a Peer to Peer network

I do not have a server in my office. We use Peer to Peer network with a
large NAS drive system for sharing files and backups. Can I develop forms in
infopath and use them for collecting and saving data without going to a
server?

Yes, you can develop forms, but you need to have a SharePoint to transfer of
Data.
