using infopath forms

Hello,
as you helped me greatly with my previous question, here's another one: pls
remember I'm new to infopath, so it might seem like a stupid question ;-(
We have a company server that we all access via VPN as we are mostly on the
road. I have developed a form (not connected to database) where people need
to write stuff in and then, the submit button sends is as an e-mail. Question
is this: is there another way to access this form then in its XML-form? For
instance: could they access it via Explorer? Not everybody has infopath,
so... For further info: I'm not a professional IT-programmer, so pls keep it
understandable ;-)

InfoPath 2007 will offer browser-enabled forms, where you won't need the
InfoPath client installed on your PC to be able to fill out forms, but fill
them out via a web browser. You can read all about it here:

This functionality is not available in InfoPath 2003.

Is there no way at all to accomplish this with InfoPath 2003? Can XML be
translated to HTML or something like that?

Sure it can! Almost anything is possible if you use code. You could use
an XSL stylesheet to transform the XML into HTML.
