Using InfoPath to e-mail questionnaires

I am trying to create a feedback questionnaire to send out to my customers. I
run an Entertainment Company and want to get feedback after each event.

I have tried creating the questionnaire in MS Word and then e-mailing it but
my field boxes do not show up when I send it.

I then turned to InfoPath hoping it would have the answers but the same
thing happens again.

Most of my clients will not have MS Office on their home PCs and certainly
not a lot of them will have InfoPath.

Can anyone help?
