using issue field

Hi,

I would like to use the issue field. I read on the HELP that I can add
an issue and the resource can add his coments. How can we do this?
when I try to send an issue to another resource he cannot open and add
his commants.
is there any basic guide book on this?

Thanks

Hanni,

The issues feature is supported by Project Workspace SharePoint sites - you
can make yourself the owner of an issue and assign it to someone else. Any
other team members should have access to the Project Workspace SharePoint
site for the project they are engaged in. If you are having problems you can
look at manually adding users or groups to specific Project Workspace
SharePoint sites. I am assuming your users are all Windows Authenticated.

Hanni,

If you have resources assigned to tasks and have published the project they
should have access to the associated SharePoint workspace - if they don't
consider exploring the options with Operational Policies>Workspace
Provisioning from the Server Settings page in PWA - you might want to Synch
users.

Another option is to explore the users and groups in the workspace site
itself if you are comfortable in doing so.

Your team members should be able to interact with issues and risks they are
assigned to.
