Using Jounal Feature to capture emails

I recently turned on the jounal feature in Outlook. It is now capturing
email transaction between me and a freind going forward.

Is there a way to have it 'capture' the email transactions for a particular
contact that occured before I enabled this feature ... to have search old
emails and create journal entries?
