using keyboard in publisher to move object

in word, i can select an object and move it using cntrl and arrow keys. this
doesn't seem to work in publisher. is there a way to move objects via the
keyboard?

Try Alt + arrow keys.

You can use the arrow keys to move objects. Click on them when your cursor
is a 4-way arrow and nudge them with the arrow keys. It can be a slow
process but better if you need accuracy.
