Using Legacy Stationery in Outlook 2007

I designed HTML stationery templates that I used all the time in Outlook 2002
and 2003. When I upgraded to Office 2007 and Vista I moved the stationery
file to the new location (%appdata%\Microsoft\Stationery); however, the
problem is that when I go to Actions >> New message using... >> More
stationery, the "Select a Stationery" window does not appear.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
