Our base default calendar is set for Monday - Friday 8-5 working (sat/Sun non
work) with corporate holidays marked as non-work days.
I have a PM who makes certain Sundays in individual projects working
Sundays.(ie in Project 1, 3 sundays in March may be working, but in Project
2, 1 of those sundays is working but the rest not). He does not want to
assign a "working sunday" calendar to indiviual tasks, he wants to be able to
change the calendar the entire project is based on, but we currently do not
allow local calendars in the server environment
It seems like allowing local calendars to be used on the server would be the
best way to accomodate this., but I see several reccomendations AGAINST using
local calendars.
Can someone tell me Pros/cons regarding local calendars? and/or another way
to address this need?
