using macros in outlook

I receive regular and a substantial number of (acceptable) messages which
contain, at the foot of the message, a "PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALTY NOTICE".
This message is added to the original message automatically, but is clearly
not required, nor it it required on replies, which then generate another
version of the notice.

Is it possible to create a macro or VB script that could do this, perhaps
from a
toolbar command. Although the actual place of the message will naturally
vary (from the start of the message) depending on its length, but it will
always be the (around 20) last lines of the message.

Any help appreciated
