I hope i've come to the right place. I'm new here.
Here's my question for those experts with microsoft word.
I am creating a document (letter) using the mail merge
feature. I have another document that has a document
repeated 3 times on it. I want to know if I can use the
merge data base to insert a students name on the
document. Here's an example.
My child _____ will attend summer school.
My child _____ will attend summer school.
My child _____ will attend summer school.

This document is setup to look like admission tickets.
Rather than copying the document with the three tickets
and individually writing each name in the blank, I want to
insert the name using merge. Is this possible without
having a separate page for each? This is being printed on
card stock and would be a waste if I do one per child.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Time is of the
essence. Please help as soon as possible.

Is there any way to modify this concept to deal with an unknown number of
records? In other words, some sort of "on error" command that will stop the
process when there is no "next record"
