Nope.

For the same reason you can't run AutoCad on a palm. They don't make a
version that a PDA OS can run. I doubt that PDAs will have the necessary
processing and memory required for quite a while yet to run a program like
Access.

If you need an application where you can take a Palm to the field to gather data
and then import that data into an Access database, I can build such an
