Using MS Project Office 2003 with MS Project Server 2002

When a user uses MS Office 2003 Professional to create a project on MS
Project 2002 server, the modified date i salways "6/4/79". Once you close
the project, it can no longer opened. When you try to open the project, you
get an error saying "Microsoft project server was unable to find the
specified project".

Help, Help, Help.....
