Using MS Word from a server intranet app

Hi,

We would like to automate some Word document construction
from a Intranet app. What is the licencing issue about
such automation of Word in a server app.

Is it sufficient to ensure that all users of the
application have their own MS Office licence, or is it
necessary to plan some specific server licence for Word ?
