Using MSP2003 as a Resource Management Tool

My co-worker and I have just been given the new assigment of Resource
Management. We currently use MSP2003 for tracking our project plans and was
hoping that someone could give me advice about using the tool for Resource
Planning. I've been looking for any kind of document that could help us in
our new task but haven't had much luck. If someone could point me in the
right direction it would be appreciated.

Welcome to the wonders of resource management. Take a look at the MS texts
for resource managers in the project server 2003 resource kit. MS has done a
nice job of explaining everything you want to know about setting up the
various parts of project server.
As you are already using project to plan your projects then you are probably
adding resources to tasks - by using a central resource pool in MSP server
you can view assignments across all projects.

Good luck
