Using Multi-Viewer Calendar with Outlook 2002

I've installed CDO and the Multi-viewer, however when I
try to open up calendars of my colleagues that I have
Reviewer rights to I get "You do not have permission to
the calendar of ...". I'm unsure why this is happening.
Could someone please assist.
