Using Net Folders with Outlook 2003

Charlotte

We are trying to share our Contacts folder created when
Outlook was installed. "Share" is greyed out. What do we
need to do to have access to the "Share" option/menu item
please?

Thanks,
-Charlotte

Net Folders went away after Outlook 2000. Neither Outlook 2002 nor 2003
supports them.

Thanks. We had been using Outlook 2000. What replaced it
in Outlook 2003?

P.S. What we want to do is send a copy of contacts to
another computer. Just a one way copy, not a sync.

It was replaced by nothing. There is really no good way to share Contact
data for small offices using PST files.

It is easy to transfer Contact data, however. Just export the Contacts
Folder to a PST file and then open that PST file in the other installation.
