Using OCR MODI in C#/.NET 2.0 - License and Support Question

We are using OCR / MODI (MDIVWCTL.DLL) in a C#/.NET 2.0 application, and
going to deploy th eapplication on a windows 2003 server. Is there any
License issue for doing that? What is the general policy from MicroSoft
regarding the outside usage of its MODI libary? Are they supporting it?

I need to know the same thing and also will this work in VB6 or do I need to
convert the project to .net to get it working properly?
