Using Office 2007 and the spelling check function is not working

Spell Check function is not working properly. It works at times but does not
check all errors. Ran Diag. and got the following message for the disk
check "exempt message c00000a 3 Parsmeters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"
Anyone have any suggestions?
