Using Office Forms and dynamically updating the excel backend

Hi All,

I'm aware that Office 365 Forms Application offer the ability to export results into an excel spreadsheet.

I am looking to have an Excel Spreadsheet (backend) within Office 365 that would dynamically update each and every time there is a contribution in my (front-end) Office365 form.

Is such a thing possible?
