Using Office Professional 2007 On A 64 Bit System

What are the problems in using Office Professional 2007 on a 64 bit system?

The description on the Microsoft web site says:
Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, 32 bit browser only.

What does that mean? Are there any other restrictions?

There are no problems
The primary problems with 64bit is finding hardware that supports it,
currently there is little software available that is written specifically
for 64bit

If you refere to IE, immaterial since it is part of win
Any 32bit program should run in a 64bit o/s

I am sorry if I sound confused. I intend to use Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit) as the operating
system. This does not come with a 32 bit browser.

Will I have to install a 32 bit browser for Office 2007? If I have both a 64 bit browser and a 32
bit browser will Office 2007 automatically use the 32 bit one?
