Using ohotfix.exe to deploy security patches

hi all,

i'm been trying to use ohotfix to install security patches.
but my current setup is that installation can only be done with
administrator credentials. therefore whenever my users log in to the network,
the batch file still doesn't work as they do not have administrator rights.

can anyone advise me how to put the administrator credentials so that
ohotfix will run?
