Using optionbuttons

I am trying to set up multiple groups of optionbuttons in a workbook. If I use buttons from the control toolbox, I can group them by giving them the same group name, but I can't get them to switch from true to false just by clicking. When I click them, it just selcts the whole tool. If I use buttons from the forms toolbar, I can get them to switch by clicking, but I can't access the group name to group them. The sheet is meant to be a printable form, so appearance is what matters, not necessarily functionality. Anyone that can understand my problem please help

I'm not sure what "selects the whole tool" means, but you could put a groupbox
(also found on the Forms toolbar) around those forms optionbuttons to group
them.

Maybe you mean that the optionbutton is selected. Make sure you're not still in
design mode (the topleft icon on the controltoolbox toolbar.)
