Using outlook 2000 with http

I use outlook express connecting to an http server but
when I try and add an account to express 2000 I only get
the option of IMAP or POP3 servers. When I put in my
server details as per my outlook express account i get an
error message stating an unknown error has occured.

any idea's

Only Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 support HTTP servers
