When my user disconnects his laptop from the docking station and tries to
use Outlook offline (as he has in the past) the following error comes up:
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set
of folders could not be open.
After the above error, Outlook closes.
A few weeks ago the PC was upgraded to Win XP, removed from a domain and a
new user was created under a new workgroup on this PC for the user (settings
transferred using wizard). I believe offline files was also turned off. I
believe the problems began after that, but not sure.
Outlook 2003 connects to an Exchange Server (Intermedia Exchange Hosting)
Any suggestions?
TIA
