Using Outlook 2007 on 2 computers and keeping them sync'd

Hi,

2 computers, home and laptop. Newwotked when at home. Laptop runs XP, Home
runs Vista until W7 is ready to rock and roll.

Q1. Outlook 2007 with BCM on both. I presently use a personal account
on hotmail/msn and a businesses account on Office Live. When I'm traveling I
use Windows Live and Office live to check email, etc. but when I'm home I'd
like to use Outlook on both computers (laptop sometimes sits on the dinning
room table). Since they are networked and I have an external HD, can I move
my BCM and PST files there and point both versions of Outlook to them and be
safe?

Q2. I also have a gmail account for all the junk newsletters and info I
get and another business email on GoDaddy that would be nice to do the same
thing with.

I'm only interested in the email side of this but I like the robustness of
Outlook for folders, better looking signatures and the archive function.

Thanks for suggestions,

Brad

There are various method of syncing shown on www.slipstick.com
Accessing a pst over a network is not supported by MS, it can lead to data
coruption
An Imap account would remain in sync across mutiple email clients
