Using outlook://calendar link to access other user's calendar

I would like to access other user's calendar via Outlook://Calendar links. I
have Exchange 2000 standard server and Microsoft outlook clients on client
machines.

Idealle we would like to post these links for every person on a webpage and
anyone who need to look at anyone's calendar they can simply click on the
link. Is this possible? if so, how do I accomplish this task.
