USING OUTLOOK EMAILS AS DATA (OUTLOOK 07 ACCESS 07)

Hi I am working on a document sent register database in Access and trying
to automate (or nearly) the imputting of data from outlook e mails .So
please IS THERE A WAY of reliably using the data ie fields from emails in
outlook inbox folders such as :date ,from, to , attachment into an Access
Data Base ?
I have tried using the External Data feature in Acess but this doesnt
really work as it ignores attachments and seems to crash the programme after
the import .The export feature in Outlook similarly is not a help as it does
not export all the fileds particularly the ones I need ie Date and Attach
any help would be appreciated PS I would welcome any help on this

Thanks for the very quick replie but sadly this doesnt get me very far as
when I google this i am receiving very much information but all this is
uninteligible to me .so i must presume then that the answer is NO you cant do
that very simple task unless you are a programmer .

what i require is really very simple I just want my e-mails expressed in
data base
