Using outlook forms on XDA

I have started to create a form in Outlook 2000 and want
to be able to use thjis form on XDA pocket PC 2002 can
this be done or is it a seperate application?

No, this can't be done. PocketOutlook does not support forms. You'd have to
write an HTML form and make sure it was compatible with Pocket Internet
Explorer.
