using outlook on the same computer with multiple users

What is the best way to set up Outlook to be used by multiple different
users with different logons on the same computer, but I'm wanting all of
them to work out of the same pst file. It seems I can point the pst file ok,
but there seems to be settings under each users app data also. How can I
consolidate all that in one place for many users?

If they have separate Windows logins, you're already doing about the best
you can. You can't change where Outlook is going to look for those other
files.
