using Outlook to view newsgroups?

someone told me I can use Outlook to view (and search)
usergroups like this. Is that true? If so, can anyone
help me get going? I don't know where to begin.

Not true unless you connect to an Exchange server configured with
newsgroups - otherwise Outlook uses OE for news.
