Using Outlook XP features, except email

I would like to use Outlook XP features apart from email
(I have Notes mail). So I'd like to use Contacts,
Calendar, Tasks, Notes etc.

However, when I try and install Outlook XP it wants to
connect to the mail server (not possible as its a Notes
server). How can I configure it so that it doesn't want to
connect to the mailserver and only installs locally with
Contacts, Calendar, Tasks features?

Don't add any mail accounts. Just add a Personal Folders file.
