Using Pack and Go on a Flash Drive

I'd like to use a flash drive inserted into a large screen HD TV with a USB
port to show presentations at trade shows. Can this be done and how?

Some video projection systems can accept files on a flash drive; usually they
can play back only sets of images, not regular PPT presentations (that'd
require a computer running PPT or one of the free viewers).

I don't know whether any TVs have this feature.
