Using page count in formula

Hi,

I would like to print a cover sheet something like this,
a page header or footer would not be sufficient because
some of the data is dynamic. The text would large
(100points or higher) and the count would change as it
prints. Any help would be appreciated.

Book1
Page ? of ?
Box ? of ?

The question marks are the numbers that would change.

For example:

Book1
Page 1 of 2
Box 1 of 2

The next would be

Book1
Page 1 of 2
Box 2 of 2

Then

Book1
Page 2 of 2
Box 1 of 2

And, finally

Book1
Page 2 of 2
Box 2 of 2

Any ideas as to how I can automate this if I have a table
with the total number of pages and the total number of
boxes, but as the cover sheets print they would increment
the pages and boxes?

Is this simpler that I think?
