Using PDS to edit RBS

I have to make some changes to my RBS, and what I'm looking to do doesn't
seem possible from the Project GUI. I'd basically just like to move things
around a bit, and add a couple outline levels, and change the UID of the
children fields that should be the same, back to their original values, so as
to keep the linked field values the same.

Make sense?

I'm looking at using EntepriseOutlineCodeUpdate in the PDS, but can't seem
to get it to work the way I want. I'm basically just trying to re-ID fields
after I edit them in the GUI.
