using power point for research

I am trying to build a presentation that will require a forced choice after a
stimuli presentation (a slide with a picture on it). The following slide
would have the question on it. then a screen slide. then another stimuli,
and on and on... there are three parts to this but the basic idea is that
they have only two choices. I don't know how to build this into the slide so
that when they make a selection the presentation keeps going and also records
their answer. the first experiment will utilize the forced choice female or
male.

Hi

The best way to do this is to use vba code. You can find examples on the
Powerful Powerpoint for Educators site
http://www.loyola.edu/edudept/PowerfulPowerPoint/ExamplesByChapter.html
(chapter 5 maybe)

If you can't or don't want to use vba the only option is to use check boxes
or radio buttons from the control toolbar and save the completed powerpoint
after use. Checkboxes allow mutiple choice but the radio buttons only allow
one choice to be made (probably what you need)

If you need professional help we'll be happy to do some work for you
