Using Project Webparts

When we run the WSSWIZ.exe wizard for configuring SharePoint, it installs a set of sharepoint webparts to the Windows SharePoint Services sites. Can we utilize these webparts in a SharePoint Portal site as i can't see these webparts in the library there.......... thnx in advance.
