using publisher2003 to create website

[in need of help]

am using publisher 2003 to create a webpage but it is driving me crazy!
i have a few questions (hope some1 can help)

1: the program is saying the the text is in the overflow area so it won't be
seen when i publish it! but on the preview the text is there, I don't
understand.

2: how do i make the pages printer friendly?

3: how do i upload the page?

i would be grateful if anyone could help!

I usually make the text box about 3 to 4 lines larger than the actual text
and then everything displays fine on the website.
