Using PWA to update actual start and finish dates

I am using Project Server to assign resources and have them update percent
complete through PWA. How do I set up PWA so that my resources can update
actual start and actual finish dates along with percent complete while they
are logged into PWA?

You will need to add the Actual Start and Actual Finish fields to every
enterprise project you manage. In addition, you should also add them to
every enterprise project template in your Project Server system. Your
Project Server administrator will also need to add these two fields to the
Timesheet view in PWA. Refer to the following FAQ for the steps:

Can this be done on PS2007 with assignments being made through the outlook
sync? I cannot find where the Project Web Access task sheet is editable.
