Hi,
I have an Access database with users registered at our facility. Each
user has a bunch of fields including an entry for an account code. Some
share the same cost code number. I'd like to be able to pull out all
the different account numbers without repetition.
I'm using Queries to generate email lists and lists of users and their
account codes. I'm pretty inexperience with access but feel I should I
use a Query with the criteria "only the first instance" or something?
Is this right/possible? Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony
