Hi everyone
I read on some thread about Redemption. I'm a reasonably experienced Access
programmer but not too familiar with automation. On the other hand with a
few good examples I can muddle through and do my own things.
I'm setting up an Access 2000 database that will need to send emails using
Outlook 2000 (eventually 2002 or 2003) to workshop participants in an
University. Sometimes there are 20 participants that need to receive a
confirmation and at other times there will be mass mailing to 250 recipients
to advertise a workshop.
I'm very interested in purchasing Redemption add-on but I'm afraid that the
documentation is slightly lacking unless I didn't look hard enough.
Is there any place where I could see an example of code in Access 2000 using
Redemption to send an (or many) Outlook 2000 email(s). I would be very glad
if someone could post the basic code for sending an email. The addresses are
in an Access table. I will manage to loop through the addresses and create
the long string of recipients. It's just a little bit of documentation to
start with.
I see that Mr. Streblechenko post here occasionally. Maybe this was a good
place to look.
