using resources and meeting requests

Hi all

As a newbie to SBS 2003 I am looking for an idiots guide to setting up
resources
(meeting rooms etc) and how best to view them when using OL2K3

Can anyone point to a website or publication, The OL2K3 and Exchange books
that I have seem to mention these but not explain the system very well. I
simply want to be able to allocate people and meeting rooms and if possible
have the meeting room availability (calendar)shown in a public folder.

Any help much appreciated

This is a good link for creating resource mailboxes

This link will show you how to configure a calendar as a resource and
configure users to allow direct booking of the resource.

As far as Using Public Folders to resource scheduling, simply create a
calendar object in the Public Folder tree and assign permission accordingly.
