Using Roll-up_Formatting in Project Server

There is a feature in Microsoft Project for using Roll-up_Formatting for such
things as milestones where they will appear in the project summary line. Is
this feature available in Project Server and if so how is it implemented?

I do not believe this is possible in PWA views. Sorry.
