Using Rules, I want to delete a message after redirecting it

I have set up a rule to "redirect" messages that contain certain text in the
Subject Header -- once redirected to another internal mailbox; I then want to
delete the message from my inbox. I was able to set up the rule, but in
testing found that Outlook is now deleting the message before it redirects it
to the other user's inbox.

of the rule as it appears in Outlook?
