I just started to use the new "Safe-Lists" with 2003 SP1 and it conflicting
with my existing rules. I have multiple POP3 accounts coming into Outlook
and I use rules to move the messages to seperate in-box folders based on the
account it arrived from. Leaving these enabled seems to break the junk mail
filtering capability of 2003/SP1 and all the messages from people not on my
safe-list end up in my in box. If I disbale my rules which move messages to
seperate folders by account, the Junk mail filtering works fine.
Dos anyone know how to make these two capabilities work together? Ideally,
I want to only accept emails from folks on my "Safe-List" and then move the
message to a specific folder basded on the account from which is arrived.
Any ideas?
thanks in advance.
