I am trying to find a way to distribute emails sent to 1 of my internally
hosted email addresses to a specified folder. It works successfully for
emails not hosted by my exchange system..but not for those hosted on my
server.
For example,
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) are both hosted by my exchange server. Creating
a rule to move messages for (e-mail address removed) to a specified folder also moves the
messages sent to (e-mail address removed) as well to that same folder.
(e-mail address removed) is hosted by another mail system and forwards to (e-mail address removed).
Messages sent to (e-mail address removed) ARE moved properly to a specified folder.
Ideas? Or maybe there is a better way to handle multiple email addresses
distribution? Creating separate mailboxes for each email address? Mail
enabling a public folder?
