Using RunApp to open Word Document

I have a macro to print a Word document using the RunApp command with the
following argument:

C:\program files\microsoft office\office11\winword.exe /mADD_NEW_DR_FORM

This works fine from my workstation but from another workstation it only
opens Word to a blank document. I have tried it with various combinations
of quotes but most give me a Word error that the document may be corrupt.
