Using #s smaller than 1E-14 on the x axis

I have created a scatter chart with numbers on the Y axis ranging from 4.1E-07 to 6.5E-07 and #s on the X axis ranging from 2.1E-15 to 1.3E-15. On the chart, my X axis will not show any number smaller that 1E-13. Is this a glitch or am I not understanding how to format the axis. I have tried everything I know for over 4 hours and still no luck. Thanks to anyone who knows a way around this!

Yes, it appears to be a bug. Make sure you report it via Help/Send

The easiest workaround would be to mutiply your X values by 1E15. If all
the values are constants, enter 1E15 in an empty cell, copy the cell,
select your X values, choosing the Values and Multiply radio buttons.

Then do a custom format, either on the data in the cells or the format
axis dialog, e.g.:

0.0\E-15
