We are using exchange and outlook 2003, and have a security group set up for
our support department with it's own email address. Each of our support staff
also have their own email address, however we would like to ahve the default
reply to email address for each user be the security group email address. I
am able to manually override the default email address each time I create a
new email by going to options, check the have replies sent to: and select the
security group, but I have to do this for each new message. Is there a way to
make this a default?
