Using Small to return 2nd smallest value

I need to extend the formula to exclude multiple values, empty cells & zero
values in the range. Can anyone help?

Hi Pete,

It's 'SMALL', Bernard (on the other post, I didn't mean to post it so many
times) has given me a vba code, but I'll need to read up on vba before I can
use it.
Maybe I need to resolve the answer using multiple stages of formulae???
