Using Split Screen

Using PPT 2000 SR-1 Premium
Computer has dual processor allowing a split screen -
monitor shows one thing while projector >can< show
something else.
Not sure how to move through my panes so I can select a
slide out of order and then have it come up on my
projector.
I'm able to 'freeze' the projector and select an out-of-
order slide, but when I unlock the projector's image, I'm
back to the original queue.
Anyone know how to toggle between two screens effectively?

Look at PowerShow - http://officerone.tripod.com/powershow/powershow.html -
among other things, it allows you to click on a slide in the slide sorter
view and changes the projector slide to match that.
